Pip Tuffin is one of the Project Assistants at SAIL, having recently joined the team in October 2023 after graduating from Fine Art at the University of Leeds. She dedicated her final year of study to exploring the role of artists in addressing environmental and social issues. From creating an online platform for students to share unwanted materials, to creating sculptures from repurposed materials, Pip found her passion in trying new ways to drive change in the creative sector. In her free time, Pip enjoys plant-based cooking, volunteering for environmental and social organisations, and continuing her artistic practice in painting, photography, and sculpture.
