Our Network Support Sessions are informal, supportive spaces for people working across the creative and cultural sector to connect, share, and learn together on themes around sustainability.

Each session offers time to:

  • Check in with peers facing similar challenges
  • Share ideas, questions, and experiences
  • Get support, signposting, and practical insight from the SAIL team
  • Build connections across the network

Sessions are conversation-led and responsive to those in the room. There’s no pressure to prepare or present, you’re welcome to bring a challenge you’re working through, something you’d like feedback on, or simply come along to listen and connect.

Each session will also include a guest speaker from the creative and cultural industries. The guest speakers are invited to share insights to help create discussion and learning within the group. This helps ground conversations in real-world experiences and gives attendees the chance to hear directly from people working in the sector.

These sessions are open to anyone and are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and shaped by the needs of participants. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, you’re encouraged to take part in whatever way feels right for you.
